Oh, Christmas Tree...with a fence!
Pictures:
* Kyle showing off his Christmas tree...with gate to protect it :-)
* Kyle got to put up the ornaments and, as you can see, he wanted to put them all on the same branch. He had SO much fun decorating the tree.

* All of the kids on Thanksgiving. We put the babies on the floor in their booster seats and Kyle and Logan were all giggles, laying in front of them. They loved their first "real" Thanksgiving dinner that Grandpa Logan made!
* Ed's sister, Jill, got engaged last week to Sal. They make an amazing couple and I'm so excited that he's joining the family!
This past weekend, we decided to put up our big Christmas tree. Last year, we only put up a small tree because the babies owned the family room as we were all sleeping out there in our three hour shifts. Ahhh, what a difference a year makes! Anyways, Kyle was really looking forward to putting up the tree this year. Once the babies were napping, we put up the tree and decorated. He was so proud of the tree and his decorating.
On Saturday night, we went with our friends, the Blasy's, to dinner at Buddy's Pizza (YUM!) and to drive through the Wayne County Festival of Lights. We had a great time, although the babies didn't think it was so cool. We had to sit in traffic for a half an hour to get into the entrance (you were stuck in traffic, there was no way out!). It wouldn't have been so bad had I not had to change two poopie diapers, with babes laying in my lap to do it! It was rather impressive, if I do say so myself! Once they were changed, they quieted down and we were able to enjoy the drive (because they fell asleep!). Of course Ed made us listen to Christmas music as we drove through, all part of the experience.
It's official...everyone (except Ed) has now had/has pink eye. Let's hope it doesn't make another round as eye drops are ***NOT*** easy to put into a one year old or three year old's eyes!
