Happy Father's Day!

We had a great day. The kids were relatively good today so after naps we decided to go to the outlet mall and look for new tennis shoes for daddy. After getting stuck in traffic for over 30 minutes (less than one mile from our exit!) we enjoyed walking around outside, mixed in with a little shopping. Mission accomplished: daddy got a new pair of shoes and the kids of course, scored a few things too!

We decided to go out to dinner so we wouldn't have to spend the time preparing/cleaning up. I thought I should be nice and ask Ed where he wanted to go since it was Father's Day. **Big Mistake** He announced that he wanted to go to Cracker Barrel. Seriously? Kyle and I both thought it sounded a little crazy but we took one for the team. It worked out as it was loud enough so everyone was happy. The big challenge was navigating the kids through the General Store part of CB! After chasing around a few pieces of candy, we made our way outside to the checker board and lots of rocking chairs. As you can see from the picture we took, it will be amazing if we can ever take a picture again where all four kids are looking at the camera!
